Subsidy For Xiamen New Talent Introduction:
(1) When applying the subsidy, below conditions should all be met:
1. Xiamen household;
2. Full-time postgraduate and above education degree, or postgraduate got abroad and recognized by Ministry of Education. The postgraduate should under age 35 and doctor should under age 40;
3. Xiamen personnel introduction relationship is approved and issued by municipal organization, Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and educational authority;
4. Has paid social insurance in Xiamen above three months (including three months) since applying, and still remains the social insurance account with the applied company.
(2) Subsidy standard:
Postgraduate can get 30000 RMB / person, doctor student can get 50000 RMB / person. Subsidy will be paid to personal bank account at one time (if necessary, appointed bank account will be announced in advance).
Haicang District Talent House Subsidy:
(1) Grade A talent: for enterprise talent with an annual income over 700 thousand RMB (including 700 thousand RMB), it can apply for 800 thousand RMB of house buying subsidy or 3000 RMB / month of house renting subsidy;
(2) Grade B talent: for enterprise talent with an annual income over 500 thousand RMB (including 500 thousand RMB) and below 700 thousand RMB, or have doctor educational degree and senior professional post, it can apply for 650 thousand RMB of house buying subsidy or 2500 RMB / month of house renting subsidy;
(3) Grade C talent: for enterprise talent with an annual income over 300 thousand RMB (including 300 thousand RMB) and below 500 thousand RMB, or have doctor educational degree, senior professional post, or advanced technical job title, it can apply for 450 thousand RMB of house buying subsidy or 1500 RMB / month of house renting subsidy;
(4) Grade D talent: for enterprise talent work for the enterprise over one year, and has graduate education degree and medium-grade professional title, or postgraduate, or technician title, it can apply for 800 RMB / month of house renting subsidy.
Haicang Talent Apartment:
(1) the date of applicant entering Haicang district should not be earlier than 24 months from the application date, and the applicant should sign one year above labour contract with enterprise and pay social insurance;
(2) Full-time graduate above degree, junior above professional post, or advanced technical job title
The tenant pays the rent to apartment operating unit as per market price with 67.6% discount on first year, 57.75% discount on second year, and 51.25% discount on third year.
