On 30th August 2019, manufacturing departments of our company held the company-wide 2nd “Quality Month” skill campaign.
In the warm applause, Production Manager Yan gave the opening speech for this skill competition.The competition included seven items, including pipette operation, dialysis bag binding, inserting the tip of the gun, 5S required questions, finding the problem label, selecting abnormal reagent bottles, placing bottles and adding liquid and so on. The skills of the participants were tested.
There were five groups, 40 persons in this competition. Everyone fought very hard in the competition. Every participant was fully committed to the competition, racing against time, in order to win the game.In the competition, some were elated by winning an individual award, while others were nervous or careless and did not perform at their normal level, but soon adjusted their attitude and returned to the competition in the next round of the competition.
The competition was successfully finished in an inciting atmosphere. Excellent team and team leaders were launched to the high scorers, and Quality department manager He gave the awards.
