Job Responsibilities:
1. Screen, evaluate, and maintain qualified supplier lists; conduct on-site supplier assessments;
2. Conduct regular supplier re-evaluations (e.g., annual reviews) and drive annual improvement targets;
3. Investigate quality issues during supplier operations, analyze root causes, and ensure corrective actions are implemented;
4. Support the maintenance of the company’s quality management system;
5. Assist in departmental quality management tasks;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above (Bio-Medical or Pharmaceutical fields preferred); 2+ years of relevant experience;
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong verbal/written communication skills, and a calm, cooperative personality;
Diligent, detail-oriented, and with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
