Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development of fully automated chemiluminescent immunoassay reagents;
2. Support new product conversion, process validation, and performance verification;
3. Assist in clinical evaluation and regulatory submissions;
4. Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize product performance;
1. Analyze experimental data and docment records.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Medicine, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related fields (exceptionally outstanding undergraduates may be considered);
2. Strong self-learning ability, communication skills, teamwork spirit, responsibility, and execution capability;
3. Basic problem-solving skills and English literature retrieval capability.
