Job Responsibilities:
1. Independently develop magnetic particle chemiluminescent reagents and produce technical documentation;
2. Participate in new product conversion and process validation, addressing technical challenges during production transitions;
3. Assist in reagent performance validation and clinical evaluation;
4. Prepare product research documents and support regulatory submission preparations;
5. Contribute to project technical management.
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Medicine, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related fields;
2. 3+ years of experience in immunodiagnostic reagent R&D (candidates with mature reagent kit development achievements or English proficiency at CET-6 level are preferred);
3. Strong organizational and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility.
