Job Responsibilities:
1. Independently conduct product research and produce technical documentation;
2. Participate in new product conversion and process validation, resolving technical issues during production transitions;
3. Assist in reagent performance validation and clinical evaluation;
4. Lead the preparation of product research documents and support regulatory submission preparations;
5. Manage technical aspects of project implementation.
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Medicine, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related fields;
2. 5+ years of experience in immunodiagnostic reagent R&D (candidates with mature reagent kit development achievements are preferred; recent PhD graduates without experience will be considered);
3. Strong organizational and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility;
4. Ability to identify and resolve technical problems;
5. Proficient in English reading/writing, literature retrieval, and summarization.
